Payment

Payment is made via paypal.  You do not need to have a paypal account to use this method.

Postage/Shipping

 All items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. 

Postage will be added at check out.  There is a flat rate charge  regardless of how many items you buy.  

Europe (including UK)      £2.00

US and Australasia          £4.00

Rest of the World            £6.00

I will always send orders by the most secure method and this means that most parcels will need to be signed for on delivery.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, therefore, if you're not happy with any item you can return it within 14 days of receipt providing that the item is unworn or unused.  I will offer a full refund less any postage paid.

Please note that for hygene reasons I am unable to refund or exchange earings.

Any returns remain your responsibility until they reach me so please consider using an insured and trackable method of postage.

If an item is found to be faulty after 7 days please contact me to discuss repair or replacement.

My beads are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and with care will last a lifetime.

They are made of glass and may break or crack if dropped on to a hard surface.  Any cracked or broken beads should be discarded to avoid injury.

Small items such as beads and jewellery represent a choking hazard and should not be given to babies and young children.

I try to ensure that my photographs are representative of the true colours of the beads and jewellery but monitors do vary.
